The Churchill County Law Library has a computer for on-line research. This allows the public access to Advanced Sheets, Nevada Revised Statutes, Nevada Administrative Code, Nevada Attorney General’s Opinions, Nevada Reports, Nevada Legislature, U.S. Statutes at Large, Code of Federal Regulations, Public Laws of the U.S., United States Supreme Court Reports, United States Code, Federal Register, Churchill County Code, Fallon Municipal Code; Black’s Law Dictionary, and Supreme Court Library Resources Information can be printed on the printer located in the Law Library. A fee of $ 0.25 per page will be assessed for copies of documents that are printed. The process is user-friendly with instructions for use posted by the computer. This manner of maintaining the law library allows for the most current information in the least amount of space.

The law library is available during normal business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays).
