2022 Election Information

CHURCHILL COUNTY ELECTIONS 2022

With the passage of Assembly Bill 321 during the 2021 Legislative Session, all registered voters will receive a ballot by mail.  If you wish to vote by mail and we have your correct address then you do not need to do anything. You can request to opt-out of receiving a mail ballot by submitting a mail ballot preference form.  You may also use the mail ballot preference form to request that your ballot be sent to an address other than your permanent residence or mailing address.  All registered voters in Churchill County may vote in person during the published early voting hours or from 7am to 7pm on Election Day, including those who received a mail ballot and did not yet return it.

Information regarding voting by mail can be found here or the mail ballot preference form can be found here.  You may also update your mail ballot preference online the the NV Secretary of State's Registered Voter Services page.
